Each session is held within a culturally safe, mana-enhancing space and begins with whakawhanaungatanga, karakia, and whakawhitiwhiti kōrero, allowing trust, connection, and intention to be established before any healing work takes place.

What to Expect
A 60-minute Rongoā consultation, held in your home locally within Taranaki or online via Zoom or video call.
A 30-minute consultation option is available for Community Services Card holders (minus mirimiri but honohono can be given through distance healing techniques)
Your session includes:

Whakawhanaungatanga, karakia, and whakawhitiwhiti kōrero to open the space

A thorough assessment of your overall wellbeing

Personalised recommendations for Rongoā remedies and lifestyle changes

Up to three Rongoā products, tailored to your needs

Some remedies, such as wairākau, may may take 24-48 hours to prepare, depending on your condition

If more than three products are required, these will be offered at a significantly reduced rate

Ongoing guidance and support
In-Session Mirimiri & Honohono
Your consultation also includes a 30-minute mirimiri session, carried out in a mirimiri chair. Please note there is no massage table available.

Mirimiri is followed by honohono, an energetic rebalancing methodology that supports the settling of mauri, restoration of wairua, and integration of the healing work undertaken during your session.
Closing the Session
Each session is closed with a kawakawa tea ceremony and karakia, providing a gentle transition out of the healing space and supporting grounding, reflection, and reconnection before returning to daily life.
